How many attendees is NPOEXPO expecting to attract for each of its events?
For a trade show complex that can accommodate between 40 and 50 exhibitors, NPOEXPO will target 100-125 attendees – sometimes more depending on the space opportunities for educational session break-out rooms. Because some organizations may register more than one individual per event, this means you may be introduced to 50-60 different organizations. For larger venues, we will invite more exhibitors and target larger numbers of attendees.
If there are 50 exhibitors at an event, how many of them will be direct competitors for the product or service I provide?
The NPOEXPO show organizers will limit the number of exhibitors from any specific product or service category to 5% of total show participants. Therefore, for a 50-exhibitor show, only 3 exhibitors will be allowed for a given category. If more than that register, the show organizers will ask certain exhibitors to withdraw their registration or switch to another event planned for a future date.
How many NPOEXPO events may I sign up for?
Exhibitors may sign up for any event in any geographic region where they are willing and able to provide products or services to nonprofit organizations. Just remember, if the show organizers receive more registrations for your business category than can be accommodated, they may request that you withdraw your registration so that other businesses have an opportunity to exhibit.
How do I know if my business is an appropriate NPOEXPO exhibitor?
If you provide a product or service appropriate for nonprofit organizations to use, you are an excellent candidate to be an NPOEXPO exhibitor.
